Our townhouses consist of covered parking on the ground level; a living room/kitchen, laundry area, and a one-half bath on the second level, and two bedrooms and a full bath on the third level. There are balconies on the 2nd and 3rd level which overlook the basin and the Sombrero golf course.

Master bedroom has a king-size bed. Mirrored wardrobe in master bedroom and in laundry area. Master bedroom has its own TV and DVD. Desk in extra bedroom. Outdoor patio fans. Large barbecue with side burner. Larger patio furniture. Refrigerator has ice-maker and cold water dispenser. Living room TV is larger and there is a stereo with a cassette and DVD player. Larger microwave, as well as upgraded kitchen items such as coffee maker, dishes, and the like.
The vacation rentals come completely furnished and feature air-conditioning, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, expanded cable TV, DVD, radio, gas grill for barbecuing, towels, linens, dishware and utensils, cookware, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Free WiFi. We have boat docks, a concrete bait table, a 7 cubic-foot freezer for the fisherman, and bicycles for our guests. Local phone calls are free. SORRY, NO PETS.
