RENTAL RATES (in US Dollars):

Townhouse "A". . .01/03/11 through 09/10/11 = $795 a week / $2,600 a month.
. . .09/10/11 through 12/24/11 = $595 a week / $2,450 a month.

Townhouse "B". . .01/03/11 through 09/10/11 = $775 a week / $2,600 a month.
. . .09/10/11 through 12/24/11 = $575 a week / $2,450 a month.

Holiday Rates:
Townhouse "A:" 12/24/11 to 01/08/12........................$900 per week.
Townhouse "B:" 12/24/11 to 01/08/12........................$900 per week.
Lobster Mini Season Rates (Both Units):  07/25/11 to 07/30/11........$1,500 per week.

NOTE: Both townhouses have a sofa bed and can sleep up to two (2)
additional people at $25.00 extra a week per person.

Weekly fitness center membership in the "best gym in the Keys" is available for $25.00 per week.

Security Deposit: $250 is required with each weeks' reservation.
State & Local Taxes are 12.5%.
The cleaning fee is $50.
If the 50 amp service on the dock is used, there will be a nominal charge.

NOTE: Until rental confirmed, all rates are subject to change without notice.

RENTAL TERMS:

Normal rental week runs from Saturday to Saturday.
Occupancy: Four (4) persons. Two (2) additional persons allowed in both townhouses
                     at the rental rate of $25 per person per week.
These are non-smoking units.
Two (2) vehicles permitted per townhouse.
No animals allowed.
In event of cancellation: A full refund of the deposit will only be issued upon landlord/
                                         owner's receipt of a 45 day Notice of Cancellation. Refund
                                         shall be mailed to tenant within 15 days of said cancellation.
In the event of a hurricane evacuation, the refund will be prorated.
Landlord reserves the right to change the terms and conditions as herein set forth.
